Servicing our business in North America, Balvinder Gill is a senior HR Leader, with over 19 years in Strategic and Operational HR roles.
Her experience has been gained in global organizations and most recently was the Director of Human Resources, North America for Viterra Inc, a Saskatchewan based company. She holds a BA in Economics and Social Policy from the University of London, Royal Holloway and Bedford New College. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, UK and Society for Human Resource Management, US.
Balvinder's expertise lies in supporting business change, employee engagement, designing and delivering talent management programs and industrial relations. Recognized for having strong relationship management skills built on trust and open communications, she has a proven track record of delivering business results through personal effort and teamwork.
